For which tasks (responsibilities)?
• Work on in-house and outsourcing hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, and casual projects.
• Produce design documentation.
• Work with Unity (level design).
• Develop game concepts and work on game mechanics for in-house and outsourcing studios.
• Work on a monetization strategy, come up with and test the hypotheses for the LTV increase.
• Create game balance.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
• Experience with hyper-casual games and/or a deep understanding of the gaming market.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Game Designer (or in related positions).
• A clear understanding of hyper-casual game mechanics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A demonstrated ability to express ideas concisely and clearly.
• Creative thinking.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
