Pay: $52.75/hr Duration: 12 month contract Location: Mississauga, Ontario - Hybrid Description: Key responsibilities: • Understand Ecommerce business requirements and objectives • Continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders to assess their data needs and gather requirements • Build reports, manage custom dimensions, metrics, segments and events in both Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 • Create detailed dashboards to deliver standardized reporting for on-site/mobile app features and campaign performance dictated by business objectives and KPIs • Recognize the connection between business operations and analytics to influence business strategies and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience on website and app • Manage tracking and reporting across marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Email etc. providing key insights • Assist stakeholders with advanced reporting and manage ad-hoc requests • Complete data validation projects, and build data pipelines, ensuring high data accuracy and quality • Query large datasets within BigQuery to find insights • Work closely with developers within the Implementation team to support data tracking based on current digital design and framework. Help to conduct QA to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Ensure high data quality within web analytics reporting for both Adobe Analytics and GA4 and understand and reconcile differences between the tools • Provide support for training and reporting to internal stakeholders as required; enable other analysts to understand our existing reporting and to utilize data for their respective teams • Maintain clean documentation of existing and future analytics implementations adhering to organizational standards • Work with the web analytics team to foster a culture of data-driven decision making across e-commerce Technical Skills: • Undergrad or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics or related quantitative field • At least 3 years of extensive, hands-on experience implementing, debugging and reporting in Analytics Tools, with integrations to other tools for both website and native apps • Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics 4 • Expertise with generating reports and building dashboards in Adobe, GA 360/4, Report Builder, Data Feeds etc. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced lookups, pivot tables) • Expertise with SQL, LookerML is desirable • Experience with dashboard and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) considered an asset • Hands on experience with Google Marketing Cloud, BigQuery and Data Studio • Advanced knowledge of floodlight tags and third-party tags • Proficient presenter and communicator • Experience in Ecommerce and Retail • Well versed with Application/Web Development lifecycle, Agile methodology and Altassian products • Basic knowledge of website implementation framework • Basic Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, SQL, and CSS • Experience with data workflow tools such as Alteryx or KNIME is a plus
