Responsibilities
• Act as gatekeeper for all things office related
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and restocking as needed
• Greet and provide general support to visitors
• Participate in the planning and execution of team events
• Provide calendar support for Co-CEOs
• Manage relationships with the building’s management team and other vendors and service providers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of office administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Customer service attitude and professional personal presentation
Salary Range
$70,000-$90,000
