Summary:
We are seeking an IT Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and selling IT products, with a focus on new business. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Cisco, IBM, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft products, as well as completing due diligence requests, managing quotes and master services agreements, maintaining relationships with our distributors and OEM manufacturers, and selling technology managed and professional services for the products we sell.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
• Identify growth opportunities by expanding offerings to new clients and maintain existing relationships to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sell technology managed and professional services for the products we sell.
• Manage due diligence requests and complete necessary documentation.
• Prepare and manage quotes and master services agreements.
• Maintain relationships with our distributors and OEM manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Proven track record of success in IT sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Cisco, IBM, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years related experience
