### Key Responsibilities
• **Consultation**: Provide expert guidance on tax and legal issues pertinent to sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• **Case Design**: Identify client needs and formulate innovative sales strategies, ensuring the development of advanced sales cases.
• **Training Development**: Create and deliver advanced sales training programs for financial professionals and channel partners.
• **Content Creation**: Develop engaging presentations and materials for field and regional meetings.
• **Collaboration**: Work alongside home office staff, field leaders, and financial professionals to craft and share sales and marketing resources, including case studies and articles on advanced sales topics.
• **Opportunity Identification**: Review clients' estate, business, and tax planning documents to uncover potential sales opportunities.
• **Risk Management**: Ensure all sales strategies comply with established risk management guidelines.
### Qualifications
• **Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree is required; J.D. or CPA is preferred.
• **Licensing**: Must possess or be able to obtain FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses within 12 months.
• **Experience**: Knowledge of advanced sales concepts related to estate tax planning, charitable planning, premium financing, executive compensation, and business succession planning.
• **Communication Skills**: Proven ability to simplify complex strategies and financial concepts for varied audiences through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• **Community Involvement**: Active engagement in the estate, business, tax, and financial planning sectors.
• **Relationship Building**: Ability to cultivate relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• **Organizational Skills**: Excellent planning capabilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a detail-oriented manner.
• **Flexibility**: A creative mindset that adapts to cyclical work volumes and shifts in priorities.
• **Travel**: Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
### Preferred Qualifications
• **Certifications**: J.D., CPA, CFP, CLU, or ChFC certifications are highly desirable.
• **Industry Experience**: Over three years in the financial services or legal sectors relevant to this position.
• **Sales Experience**: Knowledge of advanced sales in estate, tax, or business owner planning strategies, along with experience in training and sales distribution channels.
• **Problem Solving**: Ability to address complex issues within a sales context and contribute to process improvements.
### Compensation and Benefits
• **Salary**: A competitive base salary range of $110,000 - $205,000, based on experience and qualifications.
