Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who focuses on consumer data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer data systems, specifically Klaviyo, Shopify, and NetSuite. You will play a critical role in setting up and optimizing data flows between these platforms, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for our marketing, sales, and finance teams. This is a 6-8 month temporary role.
Position Responsibilities
• Analyze and report on data from Klaviyo, Shopify, and NetSuite
• Develop and maintain data flows and integrations between these systems to ensure seamless data accuracy and availability; troubleshoot issues.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Create promotional discount codes in Shopify and report on the performance of promotions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve data processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on using data tools and interpreting data insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, focusing on retail consumer data
• Proficiency in Shopify and NetSuite, with the experience setting up and optimizing data flows between these systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data in actionable insights
• Expertise with G-suite, including advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Detail-oriented, with a solid commitment to data accuracy and integrity
Nice to have:
• Experience with Looker and data visualization tools
• Experience in Klaviyo
Work Environment/ Hours / Compensation
This position is a temporary, 6-8 month assignment. The position is full-time, hourly. Candidates can choose to work onsite, remotely or hybrid. The hours for this position are generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility to start earlier or later. The rate for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 /hourly, based on experience.
