As a Software Developer, you will work closely with our Quant Researchers and Portfolio Managers to design, develop, and implement trading strategies. Your primary focus will be on implementing high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions that align with the needs of our proprietary trading strategies.
What you'll do:
Responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of high-performance software systems
Build modern, high-quality software using the .NET framework
Work with traders, researchers, and portfolio managers to solve complex problems
Participate in strategic planning to anticipate future business and technology needs
What you'll need:
A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field Proven experience as a C#, C++, or Java developer
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement iterative improvements to large-scale, high-performance, multithreaded systems.
Clear and efficient communication skills in a professional and collaborative setting

Familiarity with the .NET framework Complementary programming skills in Python, SQL, Matlab, R
Strong quantitative skills, including high mathematical aptitude and experience with Excel and data analytics
