Role: Senior GenAI consultant
Location: San Francisco OR Atlanta OR Austin OR Boulder
Key responsibilities:
This is a technical role and following components (not in any order) will be central to success-
• Model assessment: Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients existing LLMs, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement
• Strategy development: Develop strategies to refine and enhance LLM performance
• Fine Tuning: Oversee fine-tuning processes to align LLMs with specific tasks and domains
• Performance evaluation: Establish KPIs and track model performance to measure success
• Client engagement: Build strong relationships with their product teams - understand and deconstruct their unique business challenges and objectives
Qualifications and experience:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of AI - with a strong focus on LLMs in the past 2 years
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and their strengths and weaknesses
• Proven record of implementing at scale AI projects
• Expertise in NLP and ML techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
