Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying potential clients within the agricultural sector, including farms and agricultural organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote ERP solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Agri ERP products and services offered, including their features, benefits, and applications in agricultural operations.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the ERP solutions can optimize their business processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the agricultural ERP space.
• Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and improve sales strategies based on market needs.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support forecasting and strategic planning.
Qulaifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Previous experience working on a farm or within an agricultural organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with agricultural processes, challenges, and needs.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Experience with sales presentations and product demonstrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or software, particularly in the agricultural sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for agriculture and technology, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,390.00 - $64,728.00 per year
