• *Key Responsibilities**
• Financial & Accounting Oversight*
• Manage financial activities and coordinate accounting personnel.
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to enhance business efficiencies.
• Establish financial controls and budgets to promote growth and minimize risks.
• Financial Reporting & Management*
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial statements and analyses.
• Conduct internal audits to assess financial status.
• Manage bank covenants and lender reporting.
• Supervise cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Operational Control & Compliance*
• Develop and uphold financial policies and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Support the creation and implementation of finance and audit procedures.
• Address audit requests from external auditors or government entities.
• Strategic Planning & Project Support*
• Aid in the execution of strategic business and operational plans.
• Manage draw requests and oversee disbursements and expenditures.
• Evaluate potential investments and operational enhancements through financial modeling.
• *Qualifications**
• Educational Background*
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required (CPA is preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience & Skills*
• At least 5 years of accounting management experience.
• Proven experience working with business owners.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and automation in financial systems.
• Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
