As part of the Commercial organization the Account Management Representative (AMR) serves as a vital client facing role within the Account Management Team. The AMR will support the client, client management, client management leaders and customer contacts on a day-to-day basis. Must have business travel industry knowledge to deliver exceptional compliance, savings and traveler experience.

What You'll Do:
• Manage and support a portfolio of virtual accounts and function as the key liaison between Client Management and Traveler Care to ensure program connectivity
• Engage with Commercial internal partners and clients to deliver exceptional servicing, ensure client performance goals are achieved, and manage and deliver strong traveller and arranger experience
• Be a key point of contact for the client’s travel program assisting with tactical day to day navigation of support requests and travel information
• Build customer relationships from implementation and facilitate client retention
• Participate in client calls and meetings where required
• Support business development and client tenders/RFP’s
• Provide end to end support for day to day travel program maintenance and issue resolution
• Get results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines
• Provide general assistance for monthly reporting packages and ad hoc data
• This position will also require the individual own and/or partner with the Global Account Manager, the account relationship for some accounts.

What We're Looking For :
• Corporate travel industry experience required
• 3-5 years client management experience
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deliver timely
• Reliability and a strong focus on delivering to a consistently high quality and level of accuracy
• Effective communications skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive Customer Service Skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and good time management skills
• Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation

Location

United States

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
