About Us: Kingsley Trucking Ltd. is a reputable trucking company based in Coombs, BC, dedicated to delivering exceptional transportation services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description: As a Data Entry and Compliance Specialist at Kingsley Trucking Ltd., you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our trucking operations. You will be responsible for managing data entry tasks and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into our systems.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with trucking industry regulations and company policies.
• Generate and review reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data and compliance.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is an asset but not necessary.
• Knowledge of trucking industry regulations is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
