The Client Management Team is responsible for developing long-term success with our clients by fostering meaningful relationships. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, with a focus on hunting for new business opportunities and closing deals. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Missouri area, promoting our IT services, and driving sales of Office 365 and Office 365 Backup solutions.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business clients within the Missouri region.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Present and sell IT services, including Office 365 and Office 365 Backup, to potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Collaborate on customized IT solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
This job absolutely requires the following:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of Sales experience preferred
• A strong interest in sales and technology, particularly IT services and cloud solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and achieve sales targets.
• Team Player: Personable and collaborative
• Dependable and Responsible: Reliable in meeting commitments
• Willingness to travel within the Missouri area as required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus, but not required.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Base +Commission
