As part of this innovative bioanalytical team, you will collaborate with industry leaders to support vital bioanalytical testing platforms and drive the development of lifesaving medicines and medical devices.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop and validate ELISA, MSD, and other LBA methods for drug substances and products.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in bioanalytical technology, managing client expectations.
• Prepare analysis reports, SOPs, and other technical documents.
• Review data for technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with industry literature and champion new technology.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and orderly laboratory environment.
About You:
• Hold a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, or related field.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
• Have a solid understanding of bioanalytical procedures and assays.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Preferably a local candidate in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment.
• Highly motivated with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP procedures is advantageous.
$85-105k
