The Opportunity
The Director, B2B DMe Campaign Marketing will architect global coordinated campaigns to drive revenue growth. This individual will collaborate across Worldwide Field Operations, Field Sales, B2B Product Marketing, and GMO to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with Adobe’s go-to-market and revenue goals. What You’ll Do
• Develop and lead all aspects of comprehensive campaign strategies, including ABM and field marketing programs, aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and ARR growth.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with sales, sales operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Lead and develop an impactful marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive marketing performance and value.
• Pilot and test innovative marketing initiatives to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiency.
• Lead and be responsible for the successful execution of marketing projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery of deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and develop standard methodologies.
What You Need to Succeed
• Proven B2B marketing leadership: Proven track record with 10+ years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing, experience in cloud marketing a plus.
• ABM and Field Marketing expertise: Demonstrated success in leading ABM, Digital and field marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience with all segment sizes, from Enterprise to SMB.
• Team management: 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies.
• Technical proficiency: In-depth understanding of marketing technologies (automation platforms, ABM tools, analytics, CRM) and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Innovative and Growth Mindset: Forward-thinking and continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen: Deep understanding of B2B customer needs and ability to translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,800 -- $287,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
