**Overview:** We are seeking a highly qualified Long-Term Chinese Teacher Substitute for the 2024-2025 school year. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for teaching Chinese language and culture to students, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment, and promoting academic excellence. **Responsibilities:**
• Teach Chinese language and culture to students in grades
• Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and creativity
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and student success
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events as required

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese language, education, or a related field
• Valid teaching certification in Chinese language and culture (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
