An exceptional construction organization in the Greater Orlando area, known for its prestigious projects and excellent reputation, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its team.
In this role, you will report directly to an executive who is deeply committed to the well-being and success of his employees and fosters a loyal and supportive work environment. The company prides itself on employee longevity and has a history of low turnover.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with no late nights or weekends required with a private office (your small team will have their own offices as well).
Compensation DOE is $115k to $145k

Primary Responsibilities/ Requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Construction accounting experience is highly desired, or experience from a manufacturing background demonstrating job costing, WIP, and Percent to Completion accounting skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience within an Accounting Manager or Controller capacity
• Sage experience is highly desired
• In Office Monday-Friday (no late nights or weekends)
