We’re looking for someone to manage, optimize, monitor and continue fine-tuning our Google and Meta ads. Our business is online and we specialise in tea, focused on a female audience in Australia only. You will be reporting to myself (the owner) each month on where we're at with ROI and revenue.
For Google Ads, we spend about $1,000 AUD/month (seeking to increase to $2,000 AUD/month) and we have an existing Google Ads account with 5 campaigns (3 x PMAX, a Brand protection campaign and a select keyword campaign). We’re targeting a ROAS 2.4+. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Optimise these existing campaigns further
- Fine tune keywords and monitor progress every few days
- Create new campaigns where relevant For Meta, we spend about $3,000 AUD/month (seeking to increase to $10,000 AUD/month over the next 3-6 months)
We will produce the advertising content (based on your feedback) but need you to coordinate serving the content, monitoring response and optimising accordingly. Overall, we’d expect approx 3-4 hours per week in the management of these ads and we’d expect a monthly report-out on key metrics in the form of a 30min virtual meeting each month. We don’t need a fancy and glossy report – we’re fine to do this by screen sharing and looking at the dashboards of both platforms. However we do expect someone competent who can bring insight to the adjustments, maximise our return on advertising spend and help us to grow our business.
