We're seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our Video Production clients. This role involves managing client communications via email and Zoom, ensuring their questions are answered promptly by coordinating with the owner and the appropriate team members or contractors.

As part of a dynamic video production company, the Account Manager will also handle various administrative tasks, including creating shoot schedules for production days, developing timelines for our editing process, and preparing proposals or treatments during the job bidding process. We provide templates and guidance for these tasks, making them straightforward to learn and execute.

The workload will fluctuate, with some weeks requiring minimal effort and others demanding a higher level of involvement. Additionally, the Account Manager may play a role in our sales efforts, which could include reaching out to potential clients or participating in Zoom meetings with prospects.

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a small, agile team environment. Flexibility and a willingness to scale up or down with the demands of the business are essential qualities for this position. There will be a lot of random tasks asked of you.
