Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated commission-based B2C sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with students and job seekers, offering them our tailored academic and career coaching services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with students and job seekers to offer our academic and career coaching services.
• Identify and pursue new B2C sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business.
• Present our services in a compelling way to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our personalized approach.
• Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education, career development, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
