Senior Director, Business Integration

Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Business Integration is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s integration processes. This role works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement integration process strategies, monitor progress, and lead process optimization endeavors to ensure seamless integration of various projects and initiatives across existing and emerging lines of business.

Essential Functions:
• Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Lead planning and execution of integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budget management
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for all integration-related activities, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate progress, challenges, and risks to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in on integration plans and initiatives
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with integration projects
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project continuity
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the integration process, maintaining focus on achieving project goals
• Establish and promote best practices for integration processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency
• Evaluate and enhance integration methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive successful outcomes
• Lead post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future integration efforts
• Manage integration budgets, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with business objectives
• Track and report on financial performance of integration projects, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization or synergy opportunities
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning
• Ensure integration activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks to maintain control and accountability throughout the integration process
• Lead regular governance meetings to review project status, risks, and issues
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions and minimize disruption
• Engage with employees at all levels to communicate changes, address concerns and foster acceptance
• Monitor and support the cultural integration of merged or acquired entities, promoting alignment with the company’s values and vision
• Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
• Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years of integration management, program management, or related experience is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of management/leadership experience is required
• Experience leading governance of large scale programs is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with integration toolkits, blueprints, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrated strategic acumen and ability to execute tactically
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals in a fast moving environment
• Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and fact-based decision making
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• None

Working Conditions:
• General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business

Compensation Range:
$130,300.00 - $228,100.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
