Under supervision, the 1840 Junior Management Assistant provides administrative support in managing procurement and invoice processing for IT related purchases and maintaining inventory and purchasing records.
The essential duties include:
• Research and obtain quote from vendor based on specification provided;
• Receive, review, and follow up on any submitted requisition forms;
• Submit online requisition form for the purchase of supplies and equipment;
• Review invoices for accuracy and route invoices for approval to IT Manager;
• Submit signed invoices to Accounting/Finance for payment;
• Track expensed amount based on the invoice to ensure accurate balances and available funds;
• Responds to inquiries from the vendor regarding payments;
• Data entry and validation for equipment inventory;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
