We are looking for a new HR Support role to join our team.You will support the Site Human Resources Manager in the effort to implement the processes necessary to ensure compliance with U.S. legal requirements and internal corporate standards for the development of effective teams. Your challenges…. You ensure champion recruiting and staffing initiatives for non-management positions. You coordinate and follow-up the new hire onboarding / induction process. You maintain and ensure data quality of HRIS systems for all changes in employment status (ADP Payroll and Workday). You facilitate implementation of training plans for the site: You maintain database records on team member training. You coordinate on-site training sessions. You facilitate implementation of internal communication plan including site “town hall”-style meetings; develops, updates, and administers site internal communications including organization announcements and updates You advise and counsel team on all HR related activities, including Ethics, Staffing, Employee Development, Employee Morale, Headcount Management and Diversity Issues Support Employee Engagement Committee You investigate claims of harassment and misconduct. Recommend and administer appropriate disciplinary actions. You communicate and enforce Human Resource policies for the Site; ensure compliance with U.S. and state legal requirements. You create and maintain a systematic filing protocol to maintain personnel files. You ensure that confidentiality management standards and legal compliance standards are followed. You oversee the implementation of all training programs by continuously assessing and improving training and development programs for new hire orientation, career planning, individual development, career discussion, succession planning, and expert/specialist activities You serve as liaison in supporting, structuring and encouraging collaboration and organization of community relations initiatives. You are accountable for administering the suggestion program, employee/labor relations, informational displays. You respond to unemployment and employment verifications. You ensure other duties as assigned. Let's talk about you…. You have a B.S. in Human Resources or Related Field. You have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the human resources field. Or combination of education and experience. In addition… You have the ability to demonstrate a systematic approach to job tasks.
