Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role involves tracking employee hours and paid leaves, conducting early meetings and initial interviews with potential hires, managing employee expectations, and reporting overall costs to the executive team. The HR Assistant will also handle monthly employee and team cost tracking reports and work closely with the CEO to implement great company culture and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Track employee hours and paid leaves.
- Conduct initial interviews and early meetings with potential hires.
- Manage employee expectations and provide regular updates.
- Report overall costs to the executive team.
- Prepare monthly employee and team cost tracking reports.
- Collaborate with the CEO to implement company culture and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in a startup or tech environment with more than 50 employees.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Proven track record of managing HR tasks efficiently.
