We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic HR/Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the entire trial process, including scheduling, managing calendar invites, creating new hire profiles and following up with managers for results.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain trial paperwork.
• Review new hire paperwork, including I-9/E-Verify, and Background Checks.
• Safeguard Personnel Files and ensure compliance.
• Assist in managing, updating employee records and data in Ceridian.
• Provide administrative support, including managing the union board and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Assist with special projects and ongoing tasks as assigned.
• Manage employee files, update HR databases, and maintain accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in roles such as HR Administrator, Coordinator, Clerk, or similar positions within an HR and Recruiting department.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required; familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
