As our Special Projects & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing to life projects that we’ve been eager to roll out, just lacking someone to execute. This role requires a proactive, innovative, and highly organized individual who is systems-minded and tech-savvy, ready to lead and manage a variety of strategic projects to enhance our guest experience, operational efficiency, and property development. The Special Projects Manager will work closely with the leadership team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.

The Person We're Looking for Will Have:
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing diverse projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in multiple functional areas is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead the planning and implementation of special projects, including but not limited to property enhancements, new guest services, sustainability initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Coordinating and orchestrating on-site events and programming for Bolt Farm guests.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
• Being the bridge between our vision and reality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
