CXC Solutions is seeking an Account Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. This individual will coordinate projects from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills and will serve as the main day to day contact for clients and internal stakeholders. A customer centric attitude is crucial to ensuring success in this role. CXC takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitates a critical communications role by coordinating with product owners, sales execs, and clients
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve processes
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
• Generate progress reports for clients and management as needed
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any communications, expectations, and contract updates

Skills:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Goal oriented and can work with a sense of urgency in completing responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
• Good attention to detail and can maintain and update account records and transactions
• Display empathy and emotional intelligence

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 – 3 years professional experience in a customer facing role
• Experience with customer relationship management software (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
