Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor – Porsche Field is a key client facing member of the Account Management team. This position requires a mix of consulting, marketing and analytical skills. This is a highly visible role and will work with Porsche regional clients and dealers in the South Central region including markets such as Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Minneapolis and more.

About the role:
• Retail Marketing Communications Strategy: Advise and consult with dealers to identify business opportunities and develop local strategies across paid, earned, shared, and owned media to drive action and purchase consideration
• Messaging and Brand ID: Guide dealers on local advertising tonality and approach to ensure compliance with the Porsche brand identity and dealer marketing covenant
• Account Management: Demonstrates strong communication skills and able to present analysis and learnings in an intuitive way to clients and dealers across paid, earned shared, and owned media
• Demonstrates thought leadership and knowledgeable to assess client's marketing situation and determine when analytics can add value to the client's business
• Ability to work well with several vendors/team members in providing solutions to client and dealers
• This role typically requires heavy travel with work from home flexibility 1-2 days a week

About You:
• You have 5+ years of agency experience with at least 3 of those years in automotive field marketing (Luxury automotive experience a plus)
• Thorough knowledge of all media, especially targeted media such as online display, SEM, social media, direct mail and event management
• You’re a self-starter with the drive and mentality to remain motivated
• Extremely detail oriented and solutions oriented with strong organization skills
• You’re a great communicator when presenting and managing projects from beginning to end
