Salesforce Account Executive
Logistics:
• Location: Remote (US based)
• Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Salary: $200-250k OTE
Must-Have Skills:
• 4-5+ years of Account Executive / Sales experience with nonprofits
• Mid-Market sales experience
• Decent technical aptitude and can speak beyond just general sales
• A Sales Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, etc. Certification is a huge plus
• Someone who can rattle off a list of great relationships they've built, customer testimonials, etc
• Must have a good reputation within the Salesforce Ecosystem
Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Actively engage with Salesforce Alliance Managers, Sales Executives, Sales RVPs, and AEs through regular meetings, calls, and collaborative activities
• Facilitate regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to encourage idea-sharing and strategic planning
• Lead by example in team meetings, demonstrating strategic thinking and effective problem-solving while encouraging junior team members to contribute their ideas
