Job Description
We are looking for someone who will immediately drive sales in our direct-to-consumer (B2C) private and boarding school arm. This individual will play a crucial role in developing, growing, and expanding our services that are funded by individual students and parents in K-20 seeking support with academic tutoring and test preparation. You must have an existing book of business and a deep network of clientele that can be translated to Air Tutors to drive sales. You must also be adept at facilitating consultative conversations with potential families and students and guiding them toward a customized solution that meets their unique learning goals. You will focus on developing relationships with private schools, boarding schools, universities, and other sources of referrals that drive sales.
In this role, you will work closely with our National Director of Growth to brainstorm, develop, and bring to fruition a portfolio of business that catalyzes sales. An existing clientele and positive relationships with private and boarding K-12 schools are key in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Conduct outbound calls to current contacts to develop a book of business for Air Tutors.
● Conduct outbound call-backs to potential customers who have expressed interest in tutoring support.
● Engage in consultative conversations to understand the specific needs and requirements of students, parents, and families at private and public institutions.
● Recommend and present customized learning solutions that align with the individual needs and goals of families, and students.
● Influence and motivate prospective students and their families to complete a purchase of Air Tutors' services.
● Refer institutions with interest in a district or school-wide programs to Air Tutors’ colleagues.
● Collaborate with parent organizations to build and maintain relationships promoting Air Tutors' offerings and generating referrals.
● Develop a deep understanding of Air Tutors' products, services, and technology to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics by effectively managing and closing sales opportunities.
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the organization to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and educational advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications
● Have an extensive book of business relating to tutoring sales
● Know about educational therapy and neuropsychology
● Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

● Strong problem-solving skills
● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in education, sales or customer service.
● Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an educational-related industry.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
● Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and organization.
● Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, families and parent organizations.
● Proficient in using sales CRM tools and other relevant software applications.
● Passion for education and empowering students to succeed.
