If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an experienced B2C Sales Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a chance to leverage your skills and experience in a challenging, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
As our B2C Sales Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the sales department.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conducting market research and staying updated on competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
• Training and coaching the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Participating in negotiations and making decisions for the betterment of the company.
• Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed.
• Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
• Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2C sales management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
