JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional with specialized knowledge in cost allocation and financial reporting to lead our cost allocation process and impact analysis on financial statements. This role involves performing complex accounting functions, making non-routine decisions, and providing guidance and innovations in our financial methodologies under general supervision. The ideal candidate will have regular interaction with senior management to resolve cost allocation issues and will be vital in enhancing our financial operations and internal procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead departmental teams in providing job-related input for comprehensive understanding and consideration.
Develop and implement methodology for accurate cost allocation across the organization.
Prepare and analyze organization-wide surveys to review financial operations and results with management.
Prepare management reports and assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
Review, evaluate, and implement process improvements and additional controls within financial operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced knowledge in accounting practices and cost allocation.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams and make independent decisions.
