Enterprise Program Manager - AI

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or in Business Relationship Management.
• 10+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management.
• Possession of certifications such as BRMP, CBRM (BRMI) or PMP, PfMP, PgMP, PBA (PMI).
• Proven experience working directly with executive teams, presenting complex concepts, and designing/delivering strategies in highly technical environments.
• Preferred experience in the legal (AmLaw 100) or consulting industries

Duties:
• Work with the CIO and Program Executive Sponsors to align objectives with the firm's overarching goals, staying updated on legal technology trends to propose new solutions.
• Oversee program management, including scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring minimal disruption to business and legal practices while delivering AI projects.
• Provide regular updates and presentations on AI project status, establish reporting requirements, and manage relationships with AI technology vendors.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes for evaluating, implementing, training, and adopting AI technologies within legal practices.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, develop and execute change management strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and identify and mitigate program risks.
• Utilize Agile methodology ensure efficient program delivery.

Salary: $185,000 - $200,000
