We are looking for an Account Coordinator in our Los Angeles office who will assist our account management team in the day-to-day activities of servicing our accounts, including helping manage projects, assisting in development of deliverables, and enuring timelines are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the lead project manager with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation, as needed.
Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables.
Produce meeting minutes, conference reports, call summaries, and other client deliverables.
Assist account management team in day-to-day contact with client contacts.
Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables.
Manage client and internal timelines.
Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
Assist in daily activities for several of our key clients.
Coordinate among agency departments and offices, including research/planning, creative, and media departments to ensure smooth development and implementation of campaigns.
Communicate client needs thoroughly and effectively, and be a reliable source of information about client marketing needs.
