Job Title: Head of Account Management

Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 DOE, plus OTE

Location: Austin, Texas (Office presence required 3 days per week)

Qualifications
• Experience in customer success and revenue generation
• Proven ability to map customer journeys and increase engagement
• Track record in generating additional revenue from existing customers
• Ability to manage and build a team
• Preferred experience in financial services
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upgrade clients
• Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
• Lead and manage renewal processes
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics
• Mentor and support junior account managers and sales representatives

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of financial services market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software
