Description:
· Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).
· Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
· Ensures individual sales targets are met
· Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives
· Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
· Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
· Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills
· Contributes to sales area up-keep and cleanliness
· Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.
· May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to the ‘home store’ to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
· HS diploma or GED
· Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
· Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services
· Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach
Preferred Experience
· 1 or more years of experience preferred in a related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
