Roles and Responsibilities:
• To curb cross-contamination, it is crucial to strictly follow cleaning and sanitizing regulations that cover all surfaces and equipment used in the bakery department.
• Proper hand cleaning is necessary, and you can achieve this by washing your hands with soap and water before and after handling bakery wrappers .
• Carry out a quality assessment on the wrappers to guarantee that they are not defective or polluted prior to utilization.
• Proper sanitation measures are crucial when wrapping bakery items in packaging. Using gloves and utensils to minimize contact are recommended best practices.
• To preserve the quality and freshness of bakery items, it is important to store and showcase them in a hygienic and sterile manner.
• To ensure adherence to sanitation regulations, consistent inspections must be conducted.
• Decorates, measures, encloses, tags and promotes bakery merchandise.
• Renews the stock of essential supplies and ingredients to prevent shortages.
