We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Estate Planning Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their expertise in estate planning and probate law. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys, providing comprehensive paralegal support, including document preparation, client communication, and case management. This position requires a deep understanding of estate planning, probate procedures, and trust administration. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning and probate law.

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.
• Prepare, review, and modify estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• Manage case files and maintain case-related records, including drafting and organizing legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, court officials, and other parties as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigation as needed.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning and probate law.
• Proficiency in the Florida E-Filing Portal or equivalent system.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate procedures, and trust administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
