Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans
- Conduct research and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
