Description
We're actively searching for an experienced HR Recruiter who'll be responsible for handling full cycle of recruitment. The successful candidate will not only meet KPIs and metrics but should also have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards.
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Implement new sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Taleo, to attract candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to analyze applicants' abilities and manage all background checks.
- Perform I-9 verifications and coordinate candidate communications and job offer process.
- Track recruiting metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as an HR Recruiter.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment with emphasis on I-9 verification and background checks.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and other applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
The successful HR Recruiter, a proven results achiever, will understand how to prioritize, be persistent in follow-through, and possess a keen awareness of the latest recruitment strategies.
Work Location & Schedule:
This is a contract to permanent position that requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
