Your Role: As a Home Health RN, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our patients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. Requirements:
• Valid California RN license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health
• A reliable mode of transportation
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for providing compassionate and holistic care to geriatric patients.
