Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is currently representing a large, well-established dairy operation located in Texas who is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Dairy Manager to oversee all aspects of the operations. The Dairy Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all departments and staff members on the dairy farm. This role involves close collaboration with the Nutritionist to optimize cow nutrition and health, as well as managing the procurement and distribution of feed and other essential dairy supplies.The ideal candidate for this position should have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in employee management within the dairy industry.
