Hi! We're a new direct-to-consumer startup looking for an experienced Digital Media Ads Manager to optimize our ad performance across Meta, Google, and eventually TikTok. This role will begin. with a one-month engagement but has the potential to become a long-term position within our company.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Optimization: Help us maximize conversions by analyzing and assisting us to optimize ad creatives, identifying underperforming ads, and making data-driven decisions on ad targeting.

Platform Expertise: Manage and optimize ads across Meta, Google Ads, and later TikTok. Experience with cross-platform integration is essential

Performance Monitoring: at a baseline, we will expect this individual to continuously monitor our ad performance in order to catch and address any under performing ads quickly. You should have a deep understanding of the nuances of each platform to ensure we're getting the most out of our ad spend.

Reporting: be able to build a custom dashboard and send us daily reports detailing ad spend, ad performance fluctuations, and conversion metrics. The reports should offer clear insights into how our ads are performing and recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Communication: Send daily email updates on campaign performance. We are also open to communication via Slack for quicker, real-time discussions. Requirements:

Proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Ability to demonstrate past success in optimizing ad performance and driving conversions.

Expertise in building and interpreting daily performance dashboards.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights.
