Responsibilities

Scope of Work:

As a Project Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the location or project team with various administrative and operational tasks. We are seeking a high-energy, organized individual who is eager to learn and excels in efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Time Entry:
• Accurately record and manage daily time entries for project team members.
• New Hire Orientations:
• Conduct orientations for new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies and procedures.
• Supporting New Hires and Existing Manpower:
• Assist with administrative needs including Time Off requests, W4 changes, direct deposit changes, and other HR-related tasks.
• Managing Supply Needs:
• Oversee and manage supply needs for the jobsite trailer, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and available.
• Operational Support:
• Assist the project team with operational needs such as managing lien waivers, pay applications, certified payroll report management on DB jobs, and purchasing.
• Scheduling Meetings:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for project teams, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
• Organizing Events:
• Plan and organize events for the projects, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
• Eager to Learn:
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented:
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player:
• Ability to work collaboratively with the project team and other departments.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Relevant experience may replace education qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience in an administrative or project support role
