The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should possess the skill to efficiently communicate between departments and complete multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. [Language Required: Chinese and English]
Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients with a courteous and positive demeanor
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including organizing case files, supporting case management, and tracking deadlines and court dates.
• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Maintain accurate records of all correspondences, filings, and case documents.
• Support other office staff with various tasks as requested
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education, training, and experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in addition to pay attention to details
