Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Head Coach at Shaw Cross Sharks in Dewsbury. The Head Coach will oversee and lead the coaching staff, develop training plans, and coordinate team strategies to ensure the success of the team.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring in a sports environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of the sport and strategic thinking
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with coaching staff and team members
