Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with a proven track record in building and optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, SMS, and email marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also a doer, capable of managing the execution of marketing initiatives while leading a team of designers and copywriters. Experience in the digital subscription or B2C SaaS industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing funnels across multiple platforms.

• Oversee landing page development and optimization to maximize conversion rates.

• Manage SMS and email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, targeted, and effective.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content.

• Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, specifically in digital subscriptions or B2C SaaS.

• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Keap/Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.

• Proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages.

• Strong background in SMS and email marketing strategies.

• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fintech or AI-based subscription products.

• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.

• A strategic thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term growth objectives.
