Dayforce Payroll Functional Consultant
Duration: 6 month plus extension
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Dayforce Payroll Consultant to join our dynamic payroll product team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert support and configuration for the Dayforce payroll module. Experience with the Dayforce Time and Attendance and HCM will be required as well. The successful candidate will handle payroll system configuration tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead payroll implementations projects related to the Dayforce in native (US) or non-native (outside the US).
Responsibilities:
\tProvide expert-level support and configuration for the Dayforce payroll based on Dayforce HCM and Dayforce Time and Attendance knowledge.
\tCollaborate with the payroll team to understand their business requirements and translate them into Dayforce configurations.
\tHandle system set-up, including employee data, earnings, deductions, tax calculations, and other payroll-related configurations in Dayforce.
\tProactively identify and resolve system issues, troubleshoot payroll problems, and provide timely resolutions.
\tAssist with system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations for the payroll module.
\tTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Dayforce configuration, setup, and integrations, working closely with the payroll team and IT support.
\tConduct system testing, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
\tStay up to date with Dayforce updates and new features, assess their impact on payroll processes, and provide guidance to payroll.
\tDevelop and maintain documentation related to Dayforce configuration, setup, and integration processes and procedures.
\tAble to work in an agile product team’s environment and capable to attend and actively participate in product team ceremonies calls scheduled between 8 AM to 11 AM US Eastern time zone

\t\tParticipate in daily standup calls to provide updates on work progress, identify and address any roadblocks, and foster collaboration within the team
\t\tAttend and actively contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives, providing valuable insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
