General Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager, responsibilities include the ability to navigate video hosting websites,
download .mp4 files and review for accuracy.
Essential Functions:
Full understanding of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Windows file Explorer, and Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and the ability to follow established workflows.
Excellent organizational skills
Data Entry skills, managing Metadata File, and Naming convention.
File Management, moving files from one location to another.
Experience working with video files and navigate video hosting websites.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Data entry into Photo Shelter.
Deliverables:
Review and manage video files.
Move video files from one platform location to another.
Track all files status in Excel.
Data Entry into Photo Shelter - Required Metadata tracking, and File Naming convention must be followed.
Track and report all work to Manager
