• *Responsibilities:**
- Discover music promotion efforts and manage weekly pipelines to match songs with proper promotional resources.
- Work with the product team, A&R, and artist management teams to form marketing proposals, including influencer marketing, creative ideation, and rollout plan.
- Collect feedback and generate insights for product development of music promotion platform and algorithmic promotion strategy iteration.
- Initiate and lead the promotion campaign with cross-functional teams like artist management team, operation, marketing and growth teams, and Off-Bytedance partners. Manage the projects effectively to secure the promotion results.
- Identify and monitor emerging music and trends, explore new promotional opportunities and use cases to better leverage TikTok's ecosystem to enhance promotion capability
